2022-2025 занимался студией разработки с командой выпускников ФКН и Высшей школы бизнеса ВШЭ. В портфолио (ссылка на профиль Behance) больше десяти проектов. Среди них B2B маркетплейс в рыбной отрасли, решения с компьютерным зрением для оцифровки инвойсов и LLM прототипы продуктов в EdTech и HealthTech.

2021-2025 работал продуктовым менеджером в Промсвязьбанке, Wildberries и международных стартапах Acronis и WeLoveNoCode. Отвечал за запуск и рост цифровых продуктов, работу с метриками и командой разработки. Мой LinkedIn профайл.

About Experience

2022-2025 ran a product studio with a team of graduates from the HSE Faculty of Computer Science and HSE Business School. Our portfolio (here goes the Behance profile link) includes more than ten projects. Among them a B2B marketplace in the fish industry, computer vision solutions for invoice digitization and LLM based product prototypes in EdTech and HealthTech.

2021-2025 worked as a product manager at Promsvyazbank, Wildberries and international startups such as Acronis and WeLoveNoCode. I was responsible for launching and growing digital products, managing metrics and leading development teams. My LinkedIn profile is here.

Двойной диплом НИУ ВШЭ и London School of Economics по международным отношениям (2020) помог понять, как работают глобальные системы образования, социальные политики государств и частные фонды в отношении развития Silver economy и Agetech.

Магистратура в Высшей школе бизнеса НИУ ВШЭ по направлению «бизнес-информатика» (2024) сформировала профильную компетенцию ИТ-руководителя.

Это образование укрепило моё научно-критическое мировоззрение с искренней верой в человеческий прогресс: в то, что симбиоз технологий, просвещения и сообществ интегрально повышает качество жизни людей в любом возрасте.

Education & worldview

A dual degree from HSE University and the London School of Economics in International Relations (2020) helped me understand how global education systems, state social policies and private foundations operate in the context of developing the Silver Economy and Agetech.

A Master's degree in Business Informatics from HSE Graduate School of Business (2024) shaped my core skillset as an IT leader.

This education strengthened my scientific and critical worldview and a sincere belief in human progress: that the symbiosis of technology, education and communities can integrally improve quality of life for people at any age.

Общественная и просветительская деятельность

Ведущий конференции про мозг Mindcon.online (2024, 2025). Выступал с докладом новой методики обучения в онлайне на международном форуме EdCrunch (2020). Участник сообщества предпринимателей Visionclub (t.me/vcglobal).

Создал медиа-проект «Шонов говорит» (t.me/edtechhacker) про agetech и современное отношение к возрасту через активный образ жизни.

Помогаю развивать команду Masters Triathlon Team (masterstriathlon.ru) — спортсменов 60+, которые популяризируют здоровый образ жизни через триатлон, через предоставление аналитики по показателям здоровья на соревнованиях. Для меня это живое доказательство, что возраст — не ограничение, а контекст для новых достижений.

Верю в peer-to-peer обучение как инструмент роста человеческого капитала. Исследовал эту модель на базе School 42 / School 21, теперь внедряю этот подход в сообщество agetech.

Creator of the media project "Shonov Speaks" (t.me/edtechhacker) about agetech and contemporary attitudes to age through active lifestyles.

I help develop the Masters Triathlon Team (masterstriathlon.ru) — athletes 60+ who promote healthy living through triathlon — by providing analytics on their health and performance indicators at competitions. For me, this is living proof that age is not a limitation, but a context for new achievements.

I believe in peer-to-peer learning as a tool to grow human capital. I researched this model based on School 42 / School 21 and now bring this approach into the agetech community.
